Journey's End Marina, on the shores of Penobscot Bay in historic Rockland, Maine, is owned by the O'Hara Corporation, a business anchored in Rockland for more than 50  years. 

When you step onto our dock in the protected waters of Rockland Harbor, you're part of a rich maritime tradition where service and quality are just the start of a great relationship.   

Journey's End offers a complete array of marine services at our secure, clean and  professionally maintained facility. Gas and diesel, slip and mooring rentals (with WiFi on our docks for summer 2010), minor and major repairs -- and the best boat transport services in Maine, to and from anywhere in the U.S. All at reasonable rates. 

With more mechanics and technicians than anyone else around, there isn't anything we can't do for you. 

We're builders of Mitchell Cove boats, from bare hull to complete finishes. We're a proud Cummins, Iveco and Yanmar marine diesel dealer. We're experts in fiberglass boat repair and painting, specializing in Awlgrip marine coating products. We install bow thrusters, Vac-U-Flush sanitation and Espar heaters. Need something? Just ask.

The waters of Penobscot Bay and its capital city, Rockland, are like no place else. Journey's End is nearby to resources both practical and cultural and we'd be pleased to share our knowledge with you.

We're steps from Hamilton Marine, the midcoast's biggest marine retailer. We can refer you to the best craftsmen at Gemini Marine Products & Custom Canvas, Pope Sails & Rigging and Bohndell Sails & Rigging.  

The historic Schooner Victory Chimes and passenger ferry service to Matinicus, on the Robin R., and to Vinalhaven, on the Equinox, leave from our docks. We can help you plan everything from an hour's worth of errands to a rain-or-shine day trip.

We count historic windjammers, great galleries, restaurants and museums as our friends and neighbors, including the world-famous Farnsworth Art Museum, the Strand Theater in Rockland, the Owls Head Transportation Museum and the Maine Lighthouse Museum, to name a few.   The Maine Lobster Festival, the North Atlantic Blues Festival and the Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors Show  are three more reasons to put Rockland on your schedule.
